At KB Goods, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with Australian law.

 

 Consumer Guarantees

 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

 Change of Mind

 

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

 

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, including compatibility with your device or vehicle.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

To lodge a claim, email kylehall_@outlook.com with:

 

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos or video evidence

 

Once reviewed, we will provide a solution in line with ACL, including a repair, replacement, or refund.

 

Returns Process 

If a return is required:

 

- You must wait for approval before sending any item back

- Return instructions will be provided after approval

- Items sent without approval may not be accepted

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty.

 

Delivery & Shipping

 

As we operate using a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on supplier and location.

 

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control.

 

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Returnable Situations 

We do not accept returns for:

- Incorrect product selection (e.g. wrong phone model or car compatibility)

- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation

- Normal wear and tear

- Minor variations in colour or design

 

 Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping costs are only refunded where required under Australian Consumer Law.
