At KB Goods, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders.

 

 Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped from one of our fulfilment partners.

 

 Shipping Times

 

As we operate using a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on product availability and location.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

- Australia: 3–5 business days  

- International: 10–20 business days  

 

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary.

 

 Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

 

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

 

 Delays & Disruptions

 

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

 

- High demand periods  

- Postal service delays  

- Customs processing  

- Supplier or logistics issues  

 

These delays are outside our control, but we will always do our best to assist.

 Lost or Missing Orders

 

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at kylehall_@outlook.com

 

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

 

 Incorrect Address

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct.

 

If an incorrect address is provided:

 

- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address  

- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order  

 

 Split Shipments

 

As we source products from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

 

Customs & Duties

 

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply.

 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
